Returns & Exchanges Policy

Bicycles

Bicycles are exchange only — no returns.
Exchanges must be made within 72 hours of purchase.
The bike must have no more than 10 miles of use and be in new condition.
Exchanges may be made for store credit based on the original sales price.
A restocking fee applies:
- 10% for bikes purchased from in-stock inventory
- 20% for special-order bikes

Accessories & In-Stock Parts

Accessories and in-stock parts may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase.
Items must be unopened and in new condition.
Returns are refunded to the original payment method.
- The original credit card must be present.
- Debit card refunds will be issued via cheque.

Special Orders

Special-order accessories or parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
